I have been in the FMCG business for 35 years, firstly as a maintenance engineer maintaining production lines, then as a Engineering shift Manager in control of high speed production lines and maintenance staff, then in the last ten years as a Product Stream Support Engineer, in charge of multiple high speed lines controlling the maintenance and Annual overhauls, which included planning ordering of spares and labour.
